Most people will be effects by back pain at one point or another.
A couple simple ways to manage, or AVOID back pain are listed below.
Remember just because you don't have any now doesn't mean your everyday activities (or lack of) is not strongly impacting your spine and joints.
Relax your face jaw and neck, many times we hold lots of tension in these areas without even realizing it. Simply take in a deep breathe and allow yourself to think "relax the face" and it will!

Or just sitting at your desk for hours at a time, remember to take a break every now and then stretch. Right now whatever you are doing drop your shoulders back puff your chest out a little, this is how your spine should be. A simple stretch to add to your daily routine is called the Cobra post, its very simple and helps you to breathe deeply to get more oxygen where it needs to go, as well as elongates the spine.
If you lift heavy objects, avoid back pain or knee pain by LIFTING with your legs.
So when you go to lift ALWAYS bend your legs never just go straight down without bending the legs, that add alot of unnecessary stress and pressure to the back.
