Relax your face jaw and neck, many times we hold lots of tension in these areas without even realizing it. Simply take in a deep breathe and allow yourself to think "relax the face" and it will!

Check your posture, it is so easy to login to netflix get caught up in another episode of friends and slouch without even thinking about it. Or just sitting at your desk for hours at a time, remember to take a break every now and then stretch. Right now whatever you are doing drop your shoulders back puff your chest out a little, this is how your spine should be. A great affordable tool to you to make sure you maintain this posture when you are sitting at your desk, or even in the car (which we will talk about later on) is the mckinsey roll

Driving can be a huge back killer!! (To get a visiail, most people spend 20 HOURS a week in a car.)
All that quickly adds up to stress on your body. It's important to become more aware of your posture to reduce back pain. And even help relief neck pain. HERE is a good article showing exactly how to sit in your car to avoid future joint pain.

STRETCH, stretching has been around for decades but is now (finally) being backed by multiple different case studies.

A simple stretch to add to your daily routine is called the Cobra post, its very simple and helps you to breathe deeply to get more oxygen where it needs to go, as well as elongates the spine.

If you lift heavy objects, avoid back pain or knee pain by LIFTING with your legs.

So when you go to lift ALWAYS bend your legs never just go straight down without bending the legs, that add alot of unnecessary stress and pressure to the back.

There are also lots of natural supplements you can take. Turmeric has been proven to really help with joint pain and building stronger bones. (No milk will not make your bones stronger, you'll need to find more than just milk.)
Another really popular and successful way to get rid of chronic pain is CBD oil.
You won't hear any doctor offer this. They want to keep you on a pill that you need for the next 5 years that doesn't SOLVE the problem it just HIDES the symptoms. When your body aches that is its way of letting you know something is wrong. Aches and pains are the bodys "Service engine light". (Pretty good car analogy huh?)

I hope you found this article helpful and easy to read.
